Earlier registration fee (400€ + Taxes [IVA 21%]) for payments before March 30, 2027.
The registration fee includes lunches, dinners, coffee breaks.
Cancellations and refunds
The Conference secretariat must be notified by email at congresosbcn@viajeseci.es of the cancellation of the registration.
Cancellations received
Before April 19th, 2027: Full refund of the registration fee.
From April 20th to May 15th, 2027: 50% of registration fee.
From May 16th, 2027: No refund.
The organization has pre-reserved some rooms at Gran Hotel Reymar where the full conference will take place.
We have secured a special room rate at the conference venue hotel for all participants.
